Careers

We are a small, hands-on team, and the people who discuss a campaign are also involved in the research and delivery. That shapes how we bring people in: trainees work alongside experienced specialists from the start, on real client work, with time set aside to learn properly rather than being left to guess.

We are interested in people at the beginning of their career who are curious about how search works and can write and think clearly. Previous agency experience is not required for the roles below.

Trainee positions

Each role sits alongside one of our core services, so you learn a defined area well before broadening out.

Trainee SEO Executive

You would support technical audits and on-site improvements: reviewing how sites are crawled and indexed, checking page structure and internal linking, and helping turn findings into an ordered list of priorities. It suits someone methodical who enjoys working out why something is not performing and can explain the answer in plain language.

Trainee Content Writer

You would research and draft search-focused pages and articles, working from keyword research and briefs through to finished copy that answers a genuine customer question. It suits a careful writer who can pick up an unfamiliar industry quickly and cares about accuracy as much as readability.

Trainee Outreach Assistant

You would help with link building and digital outreach: researching relevant sites and publications, preparing prospect lists, and writing the approaches that open a conversation. It suits someone organised and personable who is comfortable with steady research and does not mind hearing no.

Trainee Local Search Assistant

You would work on Google Business Profile optimisation and local SEO, keeping business information consistent across profiles and the website, and helping build location pages that say something useful. It suits someone detail-focused with an interest in how people search for services near them.

How to apply

Send your CV and a short note about which role interests you and why to [email protected]. If you have written anything you are proud of, a link or attachment is welcome but not essential.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis and will get back to you once we have read what you have sent. If nothing suitable is open at the time, we will keep your details on file and let you know when something changes.
