We think you should know when a recommendation could earn us something. This page sets out how we handle referrals, introductions and any commercial relationships with third parties.
SEO is one part of a wider marketing picture, and clients sometimes need services we do not provide, such as web development, design, paid advertising or public relations. Where that happens we may introduce you to another provider.
In some cases we may receive a referral fee or commission for such an introduction, and in other cases we may pay one to a party who introduces a client to us. Where an arrangement of that kind applies to you, we will tell you at the time the recommendation is made.
Any recommendation we make is based on whether we believe the provider is a good fit for your requirements. A referral arrangement does not change that judgement, and we will not recommend a provider we would not use ourselves.
You are under no obligation to use anyone we suggest, and choosing not to will not affect the service we provide to you.
Where we receive a referral fee, it is paid by the other provider out of their own fees. It is not an additional charge added to what you pay.
This website may occasionally mention third-party tools or services. If any link on the site is an affiliate link that could earn us a commission, that does not affect the price you pay, and it does not change our view of whether the tool is worth using.
If you have any questions about this page, contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone on 0208 006 5879. We are happy to confirm whether any arrangement of this kind applies to a particular recommendation.
